Service Description
Built for consistency, momentum, and growth, the Leo Lounge Recording Membership is the most efficient way to stay locked in, refine your sound, and make real progress in a professional studio environment. The Leo Lounge Recording Membership is designed for artists who want consistent access to professional studio time. This membership includes one two-hour in-studio recording session per week. Members receive a total of 8 hours of recording sessions per month, ideal for working on singles, EPs, or ongoing projects without the hassle of booking one-off sessions. By committing to a monthly membership, artists save $80 per month, bringing the cost down to $50 per hour. Two-hour minimum per session applies. Membership sessions do not roll over. Additional studio time can be added at the standard hourly studio rate if more time is needed beyond the weekly session. Cancel anytime.
Cancellation Policy
Session Validity & Usage All purchased sessions, packages, and credits must be used within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions or credits do not roll over, extend, or transfer beyond the six-month period. Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or converted into future credit. Booking Requirements Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to studio availability. Full payment is required prior to confirming any booking. Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the allotted time frame. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited. No-shows automatically forfeit the session with no refund or credit. Late arrivals will not receive extended time; sessions end at the scheduled time. Editing & Revisions Each session includes standard editing only, as outlined at the time of booking. Additional edits, revisions, or changes beyond the included scope will be billed separately. Edit requests must be submitted within the agreed revision window. Major changes, re-exports, or re-edits requested after delivery are subject to additional fees. Overtime & Add-Ons Session time extensions are subject to availability and additional hourly or per-minute rates. Any add-on services requested after booking (additional edits, exports, formats, or services) will be charged separately. Refund Policy All purchases are final sale. No refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed appointments, or expired credits. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on creative preference once services have been rendered. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and on time. Any delays caused by the client reduce usable session time. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by equipment misuse or client-provided materials. Policy Acknowledgment By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using studio services, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy. Policies are subject to change without notice and apply to all bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.
